Private GLP-1 Prescribing in Connecticut — Your Confidential Options

Connecticut residents can access FDA-approved GLP-1 medications through a completely private, HIPAA-compliant online process. Whether you live in Ansonia or a smaller community, no one in your life needs to know you are pursuing GLP-1 treatment. Your consultation, prescription, and medication delivery are all handled discreetly.

GLP-1 medications including semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound) deliver 15-22% average body weight reduction in clinical trials — quietly achieved at home, with private physician follow-up and discreet delivery to your CT address.[1][2]

Clinical Evidence for GLP-1 Medications

Three randomized controlled trials published in the New England Journal of Medicine establish the evidence base for FDA-approved GLP-1 medications:

Connecticut authorizes board-certified licensed physicians to prescribe FDA-approved GLP-1 medications via telehealth after a valid patient-physician relationship is established through an online consultation. GLP-1 receptor agonists are not DEA-scheduled controlled substances — no in-person visit is legally required in Connecticut.

Serious side effects may include pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, kidney injury, hypoglycemia (with insulin), and allergic reactions. Consult your healthcare provider immediately if you experience severe symptoms.

Contraindications: History of medullary thyroid carcinoma, MEN 2, pancreatitis, pregnancy or breastfeeding, severe gastrointestinal disease. This is not a complete list — always discuss your full medical history with your physician.
